We could define Álvaro McKenzie as a young artist from La Rioja with eclectic and varied tastes.
Influenced by the funky and disco music he listened to at home, the pop that marked his childhood, and the twenties electronic music of his adolescence, Álvaro decided a few years ago to get on the other side of the DJ's booth and start playing that electronic music that he had danced so much in the great temples of this genre.

After more than a decade living between Central Europe, Ibiza, Latin America, and the Middle East, Álvaro has returned to his hometown Logroño, where he manages the musical and cultural agenda of Maldeamoresclub, being also one of the founders of the “La Fábrica de Baile” collective and“Sin Animó de Lycra” queer party.

His sessions are blunt and eclectic, fluctuating between Club House, Techno, Tech-House, and Dark Disco.
